a) provide previously selected and listed service (hereinafter: “Service”), and to enable PRIOR PROJECT d.o.o. to conduct research regarding the listed Service;
b) provide, with your explicit consent, commercial and / or promotional information, as well as sending advertising material, engaging in interactive commercial announcements concerning the products, services or other activities of Prior Project d.o.o., or conducting market research;
c) creating a profile, with your explicit consent, of your behavior, habits and preferences, which will be used to improve the services offered by Prior Project d.o.o .;
d) disclosure of personal data, with your explicit consent, to third parties and persons related to Prior Project doo, as well as their partners, which will be processed for the purpose of commercial and / or promotional information, as well as sending advertising material, engaging in interactive commercial announcements concerning products, services or other activities, or the conduct of market research.
The data will be processed in writing, automatically or in telematic format, and in particular (ili specifically) by mail or e-mail, or any other electronic channel of communication (eg: website, mobile applications).
CONSEQUENCES OF NON – PROVISION OF DATA
Providing your personal information is optional. However, without the required information (marked with an asterisk), we will not be able to fully provide the requested Service and correctly identify you. Without other information, which is not marked as mandatory, the service can still be provided.
THIRD PARTIES WHO MAY HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
Your personal data may be processed by Prior Project d.o.o. or other entities acting on behalf of Prior Project d.o.o., in accordance with certain contractual obligations, and having their registered office in EU Member States, or in non-EU countries, with restrictions established by law.
